Fantastic Week at #11 Backwoods!!!
Our Family of 14 stayed at #11 Backwoods, Sunriver from July 2 - 9, 2016. What a great home and very comfortable for a large family. I was concerned that we might not fit in the house, but not the case at all. The location close to the Sunriver Market Place was exceptional. A quick walk and you are there. The Deck and Patio are huge and we had all of our dinners on the Deck. Fantastic! The Owners are very accommodating. Thank you. I think there were 23 bikes. This home is very well stocked and ready for your vacation. Enjoyed our week. Thank you so much. We will be back. The Gray Family

THIS IS THE PLACE!
Our large group found this house to be a perfect fit, we had 4 Couples in our group - Some with children and some without. There was plenty room for everyone and Each bedroom having it's own full bathroom was a huge plus. The place was very clean, fully equipped with Towel/Linens and Cooking for our large group meals was easily done because they had so much cookware,utensils,etc readily available for us to do so. The Living Room was spacious enough for everyone to be comfortable and we thought the Rec Room with all the Video Games and Pinball was awesome. I cant see myself staying anywhere else from now on when visiting Sunriver, thanks!!

our best rental in sunriver
Our family of 7 adults and 5 children had the best week in sunriver since renting homes back on the 80's. Our adult children all agreed that this home had everything we needed plus an amazing location! We felt secluded but were only a 5 minute walk to the village. We took advantage of the SHARC everyday, went rafting down the deschutes from the marina, visited the observatory one night and the kids went horseback riding. Biking on the cul de sac was a favorite of the kids.they even made friends with other kids. No one wanted the week to end. Thanks Craig for having the best supplied home of our vrbo rentals and especially the bikes for everyone,

Fresh remodel. 3000sq.ft with 6.5 baths /6 BR (5 masters), featuring four bedrooms on the main floor plus game room with queen Murphy bed. One totally private loftroom upstairs with king bed and full bath. Foam mats in game room. The house is much bigger than it looks in the front photo. Almost everything on one level.
Fun stuff, Hi-Speed WiFi, CD Jukebox full of oldies, pinball, arcade games, and TV with 400 movies. Living room 28' x 16' with corner gas heating fireplace, wall mounted 70' flat screen TV, skylights, bay window, and French doors. Big hot tub on private deck. Well equipped kitchen, remodeled , maple cabinets, granite counters, all base cabinets with pull out shelves, stainless appliances. Huge lot with lots of common ground beyond. Big deck and paver patio. Outside Smoking Only.
Ten Bikes. Two minute walk to grocery store and Country Mall with video and game rentals, ice cream shop, coffee shop, 13 restaurants within a five minute walk (Subway to Dinner houses). Quiet area close to swimming pool,(SHARC passes included year around) tennis courts, bike trails, and Sunriver Lodge.
