My niece and her children and I stayed here for a few days last August. It was amazing. I was a little hesitant but, Katy, the rental agent assured me the stove is new and worked great and there was never anything wrong with the heat. She said it was an operator error. She asked me to come and stay and then when I left to write a review. Negative, or positive. Well, I absolutely loved the place. We all did. We had a small issue with the TV but called the office and someone came right away. No other issues. Wifi worked great. We cooked all of our meals there and had no issues. I would definitely recommend this place and the rental company. I loved working with the ladies in the office. We will be back for sure. The view from this penthouse is AMAZING.

Thanksgiving trip
We spent 5 wonderful days at Lincoln City. The oceanfront penthouse was beautiful. We cooked Thanksgiving there. My family had the very best time. The condo was beautiful. The only little thing that was wrong the first night or so it was cold. They had extra blankets we all snuggled up and kept warm by the fireplace, enjoying each others company. The amenities were high end kitchen aid products. The condo was very functional. 3 bed 3 bath with 2 master suites and adjoining baths. The views were outstanding. The location was within walking distance to everywhere. The weather was perfect 55 degrees. Shopping and restaurants were around the corner. Maps and information on Oregon coastal towns were provided for exploration. The only thing missing was tin foil, and plastic wrap. Safeway store up the street. Really the condo lacked nothing. Parking was the best, elevator to top floor, never heard a peep from other tenants. I am happy to give this rental a 5 star. Bring your coffee, people you love and if luxury beachfront is what you are wanting I wound highly recommend. Maxine P

This luxurious 3 bedroom Oceanfront condo has a panoramic view of the ocean and Tillamook head. This unit is located on the top floor and is fit for a king. It includes high end furnishings, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, TV, DVD, and a master suite with a full ocean view Also includes an open concept kitchen with an island and built in stove top and oven. Laundry facilities are included in the unit.
