I mostly have fixed week stays, sometimes I have a shorter stay available and try to show them as seperate rate periods ie volleyball, hood to coast etc...1-7 night stays, some dates are week only stays and I will not be able to do a shorter stay, and sometimes I have a night or 2 or 4 nigh stay etc. some dates I cannot change, just contact with your dates and I will do my best to match them up. 25% penalty if cancelled greater than 30 days before checkin, Inside 30 days I will rerent and refund 75% of reservation, but must rerent.
I suggest obtaining Travel Insurance through a third party travel insurance company, I will not be liable for circumsatnces that are beyond my control, natural disasters, fire etc.
