My husband and I have stayed at a few VRBO properties on the coast. This is the first we both say we will visit again and make one or our regular spots. The first thing that I would note is that the folks facilitating our stay were fantastic and very customer service oriented. It’s clear in talking with them that they care about your stay. Katie was particular wonderful, calling to respond to a question I had emailed, and then to let me know the place would be available a bit earlier than required. We went to pick up the key at the management office which is close by and were again greeted with great customer service! When we arrived, the house was warm as they turned the heat on for us. It’s all in the details. Even as an older home you can tell they do keep the renters in mind. There are nice updated appliances including stainless refrigerator and stainless gas range. Each room has its own TV so even though we didn’t have anyone else, one could comfortably and each guest would have their own space to escape. We are both quite particular about a space being clean and that was very appreciated here! I want to thank the housekeeper as I felt right at home and didn’t find myself cleaning up before my stay (yes, I almost always do). The windows upstairs in the master face the ocean, and cracked you can fall asleep to the waves. There are great unobstructed views from the living room as well. The entire house has wonderful natural light with little spaces to sit and look out a window to enjoy a book or a board game. We really enjoyed the front porch! It’s a perfect place to take in the ocean, have a glass of wine while watching the kites fly and the sun set if like us, you are blessed with a rainy coastal. Another bonus to this property is the garage. Parking is a touch limited so it was a bonus that we didn’t have to worry given we were able to pull right in. Other things I appreciate include great water pressure and having plenty of hot water, more than adequately equipped kitchen with tons of dishes, pots, coffee mugs, wine glasses etc., Wireless, and being on the promenade which gives the option to walk to virtually anything! This one is a regular for us now.

Amazing location; wonderful house!
We stayed at the Sunset house in early May for a weekend. It was the perfect Seaside location - walkable to all the sights and activities, but just a but up the prom so nice and quiet. The house was perfect for our group - very comfortable beds, nice large kitchen, and views from every window. We will be back!

Very comfortable and in a great location
The kitchen is very well stocked. All dishes, utensils, a few spices and coffee filters too! Very nice appliances. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. A lovely view. Just comfortable and homey. I love the added touch of night lights so no stubbed toes while up in the night. I highly recommend and will plan to stay again.

There are 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds in this home. There is also a day bed in the master bedroom.
One full bath upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs.
Garage for off street parking, for one vehicle. Limit of
2 vehicles on the premises.
Fully stocked kitchen,and nice size dining room make for easy mealtime preparations. Eat in or dine out you have the option when you rent a furnished home.
Also included are a washer and dryer. No need to worry about laundry. You have the facilities at your disposal. We also furnish all paper products and soaps. There is a coffee pot, microwave and dishwasher as well. All the comforts of home.
