Great house right off of Necanicum dr. Home is clean and modern with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Long driveway ensures privacy off the street, but is about 6 blocks away from the Prom. Listing description states foosball table, but had an air hockey table instead. Nice touches form the housekeeper and includes soap and shampoo. Only negative is that there was no wine opener, despite having a full kitchen setup. Lastly, there are no gutters, so water drips from eves when entering/exit the home. Despite these issues, this is a great home and we would go back in a heartbeat.

New, close to beach
The house seems quite new and plenty of space. It was difficult to locate, even using a gps because it is located behind another building. It is an easy walk to town and the beach. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a door, which made it difficult to sleep when others were still awake. The gas fireplace warmed up the house well, and was easy to turn off and on. When we realized there wasn't a blow dryer in the house, a blowdryer was delivered that day! I've used this rental agency several times, and am quite pleased with their customer service.

seaside house
this is a great house, close to the beach and walking distant to downtown. I would recommend this property. We had a great time.

4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Lots of space for everyone. Master bedroom has a queen bed and a full master bath including walk-in shower. 2 more bedrooms have queen beds and the last bedroom has a set of bunk beds. 1 more full bathroom upstairs and a half bath down stairs. The garage has a foosball table for your enjoyment. The home comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Both back yard and front yard have just been redone. This area is quiet and peaceful but, you can walk 6 short blocks to get to the hub of Seaside.
Lots of stuff going on down town. Arcade, carousel mall, tilt a whirl and small childs train. Candy shops, ice cream shops, sand toys and clothing shops. Also lots of nice restaurants. Anything from hamburger and fries to Steak and lobster. Within a few blocks of your rental. So convenient.
