Everything about our experience here was fantastic. We used both houses together (#148425) and even though we had a very big group, we had way more space than we needed. The helpful and responsive management added positively to our experience with flexible check in and check out times and when we had to stay an additional night due to unforeseen circumstances, they were extremely generous and kind in extending our stay. We hope to use this beautiful vacation home again in the future. Thank you for helping to make our time in Seaside the best possible!

Outstanding vacation rental!
This place is amazing. Awesome for big groups. We had eight families together in Seaside for a basketball tournament and everyone had a great experience. Used both houses together. Tons of room for everyone to gather in common areas and have their own personal space as well. Views of the ocean are simply mesmerizing. Great location on the beach and also close to town. Ron and Marcy were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped make the whole stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend. We will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Seaside!

The only place I'll ever want to stay in Seaside!
I've stayed in many rentals around Seaside and this one was hands down the best experience I've had at the beach! Exuberant praise to Marcy and Ron, who were wonderfully helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. The location is unbeatable; on the sound end, in a beautiful cove, steps away from the tide pools and surfers and waves! This end of the beach in Seaside is almost deserted; even on a brilliantly sunny September weekend. The house itself was unbelievable! The bedrooms are spacious and well apponted. The shared spaces are great for watching the ocean. You will not regret renting from Ron and Marcy. It is a great space for any beach getaway! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for an amazing weekend!

stunning ocean views
Drinking coffee in the morning, watching the waves from the kitchen, having a drink on the couch in the evening, watching the waves made for a peaceful start and finish to each day. The place was very spacious, even with 9 of us, it was never crowded, there was ample privacy, and we did not even use the bottom floor , only the top two levels, and we didn't even use every room on the main floor. The rooms were all large, clean, one had a balcony, ours had a very comfortable king bed. Every floor has a full bathroom, the deep jet tub in ours was a perfect finish to a busy day. The washer and dryer came in handy after fishing for salmon and crab all day. The garage was huge and had its own fridge/freezer where we kept everything we caught. There was more to do in tjis area than we had time to fit in, but we did the tilamook cheese factory tour; went to the air museum in the old blimp hanger; chartered a fishing boat and caught our limit of salmon and crab in one short day leaving time to go to the beach; eat out; shop; and relax in front of a great ocean view while playing cards at the enormous dinning table. This place had everything inside we could have needed, including clamp guns for clamp season, and was a short walk to great food and shoping, and a short drive to many other fun things to do. The kids collected sand dollars and played in tide pools, the family spend time laughing and relaxing. This weekend will be a do-over for sure but next time we will bring a lot more family, maybe even have a full family reunion. Our beach house slept 15 and the one next door does too, they are owned by the same person and have the same fully equipped and supplied living spaces, so we could have 30 people easy, more if the kids sleep on couches or double up. It was a pretty neat experience and I plan to do it again next year, but for more days.
