This is our favorite house to rent in the Newport area. The house is spacious and the outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the fire pit or hopping into the hot tub. The house is extremely well equipped in all areas. So many homes don't have adequate towels or substandard bedding. This house has plenty of everything...including this massive big screen tv. Great place to watch the Ducks win! This is our second time at this property and our family has hopes to stay here many more times in the future.

Relaxing and beautiful
We had family members come for a few days and we enjoyed this home with lots of space, the ocean wind and waves. The sunsets were gorgeous. Shopping close by and food stores minutes away. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs to sleep several people. Thank you for sharing your home.

It has everything you are looking for....
Our family has stayed at this house in June for several years. The view is from the cliff spectacular, plenty of outdoor seating, a great firepit, deck and hot tub. the interior is spacious, a well furnished kitchen, 60" tv screen, generously sized bedrooms. A nice walk to Nye beach. Only a short walk to get down to the beach. Very clean!

This sizable cozy home gazes at the Pacific Ocean and is just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. The hypnotic sounds of the ocean waves crashing, the salty beach air, a curious sea otter poking his head out of the water, this and more all observed from this beautiful four bedroom two bath home.
Three of the four bedrooms and the living quarters provide beautiful views of the ocean. Snuggling by the fireplace and gazing through the spacious windows that offer you an inspiring panoramic view of the ocean and with some luck you may get a glimpse of the majestic pod of Great White Whales that live in this area.
Stepping out to the sundeck and smelling the salty ocean breeze and hearing the roar of the waves with the only concern of which chair you should relax in.....
This home is nestled in Newport and is just minutes away from the Historical Nye Beach, bay front shopping and adored restaurants, all of this and more waiting for you to experience.
