Minimum StayAWESOME Beach Vacation Home
We will definitely be back. This house comfortably accommodated 3 families of 4 and a dog. The view is amazing, and though the beach access is a bit steep, it takes just a couple minutes to get down to the beach. The master suite is awesome. The shower in the master suite is an experience all on its own and the bath tub in the other bathroom is big and comfortable. The fire pit was fun and because it is set into the deck it was well-protected from the wind. The kids loved the bath tub hot tubs. The house is walking distance to a state park, and just on the other side of the bridge from the aquarium. The kids also enjoyed the media room with the huge TV. My 6-year-old son wants me to add that the kids really likes the rock shower (the master shower) because it gave their feet a massage and it was really fancy. My 9-year-old daughter adds that the swings were really awesome and she gives the home a 10 out of 5 stars. The house was clean and neat. It could maybe have used a few more towels, but we were just too lazy to use the TWO (!!!) washers and dryers.

Birthday at the beach
The house was perfect for my group of friends. Lots of space for different activities within the house. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The proximity and beach access was incredible! Thanks

Great Location!
We really enjoyed the property as it had great views overlooking the beach and was close to downtown Newport and wharf. The house had been uograded with a new addition that had a nice media room, bath, bedroom that opened up to nice deck with unground fire pit. Plenty of room for all of us.

Awesome House for our group
This house was just perfect for our group of 13. Everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of space to get away if needed. We absolutely loved the outdoor area. That is were we spent most of our time. The fire pit was amazing and so was the views. I would defiantly recommend this house to others and will book it again next time we go to coast. It was a great getaway for our family.

Breathtaking beauty awaits you! Enjoy all of the tranquility and rejuvenation with family and friends by experiencing what the blessed Oregon coast evokes in people. The only things separating this beloved ocean front home and the Pacific Ocean are a few seagulls and a beautiful beach, and all of this is awaiting for you to enjoy and experience! As you overlook the beach there are trails that take you down the hill(or safe steps at the Park-1 blk south) to place your eager toes in the sand and leisurely walk along the miles and miles of sandy beach.
As you cuddle and rest on the deck during your retreat, relax and put your feet up and gently look to your left and see the boats enter and exit the harbor jetty, while listening and watching the waves crash and to your right the majestic view of the Yaquina Head Light House... All of this and more awaits you!
This three or four bedroom two and a half bath home is located on a private road with plenty of parking.**Many of the appliances have been updated and the walls recently painted!! You are just minutes away from the Yaquina State Park and Yaquina Bay Light House, and a five minute stroll to restaurants and fifteen minute stroll to the bay front shopping! The Newport Aquarium is a minutes drive as well as The Hatfield Marine & Science Center. When we say In the Heart of Newport- We Mean it!!
