We are moving in July to the lovely state of South Carolina but we will be back, in the meantime please enjoy our home! I will be posting more pics each day as we get each area ready for you!
We have some very quiet caretakers that live in a small upstairs apartment on the end of the house. They are available if you need anything!
Home is located 5 min off freeway for easy access to anywhere in Southern Oregon
There is strong Wifi throughout house and yard.
We also have 50 amp service and parking for any size RV.
Downstairs description:
BIG family room with huge windows and view of Mt McLoughlin, Cherry wood kitchen, large front room with piano, office area in front room, and half bath. Lots of comfy couches to hang out or sleep on if you need extra beds. Also a laundry room with laundry detergent provided. The kitchen is stocked with most anything you could ever need, so if you like to cook you should find it well supplied.

Bedroom information:
There is one bedroom downstairs the Master bedroom, it has a King Tempur-pedic bed lots of pillows.

Upstairs Bedrooms:
All ceilings are slanted, but feel roomy, ceiling goes up to 11 feet. Most rooms have a dormer with a window. Upstairs heating and air unit is controlled by the caretaker in the upstairs apartment, it is set at a steady 73 degrees in the summer and 68 in the winter. if you would like this adjusted just ask Tim. There are various heaters and fans throughout the house for you to use to make your rooms more personalized and comfortable.
There is a shared full bathroom upstairs.
Large bedroom with a King size bed and a small bed.
Next is a very cute Zebra room for little girls with a bunk bed. Barbie toys and a TV and videos.
2 other smaller bedrooms both with Queen size mattresses
A semi private room with a bunk bed and a single.
Front room sitting area with Piano, this is a semi private room, has a pull out sleeper couch. and one full size couch to sleep 3 if needed. There is also a desk with computer and printer.
Outside:
Covered Back patio with table and seating for 8 also an air hockey table.
There is also a ping pong table that we usually bring out in good weather and set it up in the back yard.
Gas BBQ
Fenced in 70 × 10 foot Splash lap pool, above ground. Lots of sun there so it stays warm all summer.
Fire pit with lounge chairs, plenty of wood stacked behind the shed. Fire must be kept small, Quiet time is 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekends.
