Great location near U of O
This home worked out very well for us. It was a family reunion (four couples) combined with a Duck's game. The location was great - we walked to breakfast, two dinner restaurants and ice cream. The house is exceptionally clean and fresh. Clearly the owner has made an sincere effort to upgrade and provide a comfortable setting with attention to detail.

This house is a gem. Located in the heart of South Eugene it has all the comforts of home. Tastefully remodeled with new furniture, wood floors, stainless steel appliances and an on demand water heater. There is central heat and air conditioning. New carpet and paint. There are four bedrooms, three rooms have queen beds and the fourth has a twin trundle that converts into a queen bed. There are two bathrooms, both have been remodeled with new tile, fixtures and floors.
