We decided to visit Punta Mita for a family trip with three grown children and my son's girlfriend. We found Villa 22 and began to correspond with the management company about leasing the property. Throughout all of our correspondence, everyone involved was courteous, prompt and helpful. When we arrived, Paula met us and showed us around. We had an issue with the air conditioning in the four downstairs bedrooms and Paula had someone out to look at them Saturday evening. Throughout our stay, Paula helped with everything from adjusting controls to dinner reservations. She is wonderful. The villa is beautiful and fitted our family perfectly. The beds were more comfortable than the ones we have at home, the furnishings were clean and well maintained and housekeeping did a great job of keeping things organized. Having two golf carts was a huge help. We used the new Kupuri Club daily and found it to be nicer than either the St. Regis or Four Seasons. You should have no concerns about renting the villa - especially if Paula is there to help. Our one issue was that there was no cable or satellite tv upstairs. Didn't bother me much, but some of our group enjoys morning news shows.

Great House!
The kids loved being in the private pool on the veranda in the mornings while we enjoyed our mornings just hanging out. We would often head to the Beach Club (5 minute walk) for lunch (try the San Blas salad) and hang out in the warm ocean on a great sandy beach. It was the most beautiful beach we have ever hung out at. It was not crowded and had great food & service. Our new friend Jose at the Beach Club was really helpful with paddle board & surf board rentals. We could do it all right there. The large private indoor/outdoor layout of the house was nice for our family of 8. The sunset views, privacy (no noise from neighbors or roosters), ocean breezes were things we appreciated. The outdoor shower was big hit. Everything worked well including wifi in all rooms, Apple TV, air conditioners in each bedroom and two golf carts. The housekeeper was great and nice to have.

Wonderful Home
Wonderful home, exceptional service in obtaining accommodations!Jeff was incredibly helpful getting us set-up for our vacation rental. Yolanda did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and hiring a wonderful chef for our first dinner as well as helping with other activities. We would love to come back!

Fantastic!
Our rental at Las Palmas was fantastic. Great views from the main floor and conveniently located with an easy walk to the resident's beach club. The beds are the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Everyone was extremely friendly at the resort and in the small town. Fabulous food and the weather is always perfect!
