Florida Train house is made up of 2 large 1894 passenger steam trains. Completely restored 12/21. You will be 3.9 miles to the New Smyrna Beach ramp. Three bed / 1.5 bath outside shower, fire pit, WiFi, 2 TVs, new kitchen, baths, and deck. Tons of live music
Bedrooms:
6 bedrooms + loft and Solarium sleeping = 8 sleeping areas
• Main level has 2 bedrooms with a queen in each, master has jacuzzi tub
• Upper level has 2 bedrooms with a queen in each, this level has 1 bath with shower no tub.
• Lower level bedroom 5: 1 king bed
• Bedroom 6: bunkbed with full on top and bottom, futon couch with twin bed on top.
• Game Room has Day bed, 2 twin beds that can be King bed
• Loft has pullout sofabed, pool table
• Solarium has seating and pullout sofabed

New Smyrna is a quaint little town with unbelievable restaurants and bars with tons of live music. There are a lot of community events that add to the fun! If I had to only use one word to describe NSB it would be "fun" Lots of activites like Paddle boarding, riding bikes on the beach, deep sea and intercoastal fishing, sight seeing in NSB and nearby towns, Museums, etc.
If you are a group of friends you must all be 30 years of age or older. If you are a family with children there is no age restriction. No parties.
