You can enjoy endless sunny days of swimming and sunbathing on your private beach steps from your front door.
Why spend the same amount of money or more money for a motel room or rooms when you can stay in a waterfront cottage/home. The cottage features a private beach right outside the cottage, fishing from the waterside patio or from the jetty right outside the cottage. Safe and secure boat dockage is available right outside the cottage (additional charge) with trailer parking alongside. Fishing trips and boat tours available right from the cottage.

House Rules
- Weekly rate of $965.00 is for one family, mom, dad, sons and daughters all living under the same roof.
Two family = $1,315.00. Three family = 1,565.00.During the season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

- 3 night minimum stay required.
- A minimum $100.00 mail refundable, "provided that the cottage has been cleaned and nothing has been broken", security/cleaning deposit is due at check-in.
- All monies paid are non-refundable.
- By Law, there cannot be more than 8 people on the property at any given time.
- The cottage and associated amenities are solely and only for the use of those to whom they have been rented.
- Additional daily and or nightly guests other than booked = $100.00 per person. Must notify owner for approval prior to guest arrival (strictly enforced).
- $160.00 nightly stay is for double occupancy.
- So that everyone can have a somewhat allergy free stay, pets are not permitted.
