This second floor condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of seating inside. Beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the view. The condo complex has a great pool to enjoy. And you are very close to many local activities.

Great condo in great location
Wonderful beautifully decorated condo! Great view overlooking the marina. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Lake Erie condo.

Mini vacation
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the 1st time last month. The condo was perfect, we cooked on the balcony over the marina every night. The view is great. We played in a volleyball tournament at put in bay and used the hot tub afterwards. The pool was great also. The unit is updated very well, I could live there all summer

Beautiful Condo for a Great Getaway
My husband and I spent a great week in this wonderful condo! It is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. We did not have a need to use the extra bedroom in the loft but we were so impressed with the way it was designed. The bathroom has a beautiful new walk-in shower which was so easy to use. I loved the hard wood floors and the carpet looked brand new! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the auto retracting awning made it enjoyable to use the deck even in the bright morning sunshine! The complex has a pool and hot tub which is just a short walk away. Although we did not use the dock, it is right below the condo which would be so convenient. It was a very relaxing stay as the complex is very quiet. The condo is well outfitted with needed supplies and the grocery store is located right up the road. The complex is also conveniently located to many attractions such as the ferries to Put-In-Bay and Kelley's Islands, Cedar Point Amusement Park, African Safari Park, Miniture Golf, and many other attractions. The owner provided information on these attractions as well as some great restaurants in the area! We definitely plan to return next year!

As you enter you will catch a glimpse of the loft and it's special loft furniture. Hardwood flooring hallway leads to plush-carpeted spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, tv hidden behind painting above fireplace and huge seating area. The Harbor Room offers views with both seating and dining area. A separate eating area is provided at the kitchen island. For a very special cocktail hour, head out to the deck where a high top table provides great views of the marina and West Harbor with it's constant boat traffic. This is the best rental deck in CSA since it is open @ the end no privacy wall to obstruct view and includes an awning for perfect hot weather enjoyment. For the second honeymoon couple the master bedroom has a queen bed, and cable tv. A stairway complete with 2 handrails (no unsafe ladders !) from the great room provides access to the loft bedroom. ideal for children( NOT infants) or another couple ..ceiling slopes so tall people should consider the master bedroom for fullest enjoyment. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic top range, microwave, dishwasher should you want to eat in. Hardwood floors there are continued into the bath where new walk-in shower for safety and new washer/dryer are located. Keys are provided for entry to the bath/shower house/lounge which is impeccably maintained as we have used it often for those times when everyone wants to shower at once.
The pool is a short walk. After a day at Cedar Point or sightseeing you may want to take your favorite beverage in a plastic glass ( we provide) and soak in the hot tub. Our unit is a favorite with renters who bring their own boat!!
Check out the photo from the deck and note the dock is DIRECTLY below the unit with a sidewalk leading to the docks. Soo much nicer than having to load everything in your vehicle and drive to the other side of the harbor. There is NO EXTRA charge for our dock. We will NEVER ask you to wash our towels before you leave. Knowing you will be in a rush to get on your way home we have our cleaning crew do the linens.
