This is the third year in a row that we have rented this house and have never been disappointed. Marshall the owner is great to work with and always available for any questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Akron.

Great vacation home for a great price
My wife and I were in Ohio to run the Towpath 10k and Marathon located a convenient 20 miles from this wonderful home. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, very cozy living room, and let's not forget the kitchen which was my favorite part of the house. The kitchen is well stocked for anything that you may need to do some serious home cooking, can't do that in a hotel. 2nd bathroom is located in the basement with a soaking tub and a separate shower, the washer and dryer is located in the basement as well. Basement is a work in progress, can't wait to see what the additions will be. Plenty of driveway parking. The combination lock and security system is a nice feature. Maybe an outside charcoal or gas grill in the future? Never a bad time to cook out. We had a wonderful time, we will be back! Marshall's an awesome host. Thanks for letting us stay. Highly recommended!

Warm, inviting, updated home!
My family stayed here for the NFL Hall of Fame weekend and it was exactly what we needed. The recently completed 2nd bathroom in the basement was very useful. House is just as portrayed in the pictures. Inside is fully renovated. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals there. The house is located less than a mile off the highway so it was very accessible. Highly recommend!

Perfect Visit
We had a group of people stay to attend a wedding in the area. We saved lots of money on a hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. We used the kitchen to make a large breakfast that turned out wonderful. All of the appliances are newer and the kitchen is stocked with cookware. Would definitely try to book again if needing to stay in the same area.

This four bedroom (one king, two queen beds and one twin), two bath home in West Akron is full of amenities that will make your visit to Akron memorable. Second bathroom has recently been added to the basement. It features a full standalone soaking tub and separate shower area. Four bedrooms, living room, eat-in-kitchen and plenty of space outside. Kitchen features a peninsula with granite top and a 39 inch television. The living room has a 48 inch LED Smart TV. The basement features a dining table to seat up to six, the fourth bedroom with the king bed, and a 100" projector. This also includes high speed wi-fi. You can't get all of this in any hotel. The upstairs bedroom features a nice walk-in closet. The upper bathroom is small, but features heated floors. The living room lights also feature a remote controlled overhead light. There's also a home security system by ADT for complete confidence in your personal safety.
