The pictures can hardly do justice to the views, the beauty of the property, or the comfort of the home. Butterflies danced around the flowers every morning while we sat outdoors and sipped coffee. It was magical. We had a wonderful stay, and would love to come back.

Adorable Mountain College
Adorable Mountain College. Perfectly located in Waynesville . The house has all the amenities needed for race day. Nothings better than sitting on the porch listening to the roosters in the distance. The house was Kristine. The owner of the house Michael stop by to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here. Easy axis to house beautiful pond. Great value

Adorable Home
This home is very comfortable, spacious, with incredible views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It provided all the amenities necessary for a perfect getaway – fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Internet access, 3 bedroom/baths, and a large master suite with comfy “king-size” bed. Location is extremely convenient to downtown Waynesville, Sylva, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and ~35 minutes from Asheville. Plenty of room for a large family or group! Owner, Michael Chase, is great to work with, very responsive. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone. We're looking forward to our second visit in August.

Come and relax in the Great Smoky Mountains. Enjoy the fresh air from your vacation rental home that sits at a 3800 foot elevation!
Sleeping arrangements include a large master suite with a king bed and private master bath. There are two additional bedrooms one furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
You will find skiing, hiking (our favorite hike is to Skinny Dip Falls, mile marker 417 off of the Blue Ridge Parkway), tubing, white water rafting, shopping, fishing, golfing, the Biltmore in Asheville and much more in the surrounding area. Historic downtown Waynesville has excellent restaurants and shops you won't want to miss. All of this only 5 minutes or less from your front door! A ten mile drive takes you to Cataloochee Valley to see the protected elk (you may see an elk wandering on the road going up the mountain to your home!), an easy 30 minutes to Asheville and all of its amenities, and only 45 minutes to historic Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge!
