Be our guest and enjoy this stunning vacation home that has been designed, built, furnished and stocked with the vacationer in mind. It is a wonderful place to relax, and enjoy time with family and friends. The home is a ½ mile south of the heart of Surf City; you will find various activities, the pier, fishing, boat access, fish markets, restaurants, bars, coffee, surf and gift shops, grocery store and multiple playgrounds, to name a few, all within walking distance. The beach is a very short walk with access just steps away. All of the amenities of Surf City are within walking distance but far enough away that the beaches are not crowded. The house sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.
When you enter the home, you will be able to load your luggage and groceries into the elevator and leave your troubles behind you.
As you head up the stairs to the first level, you will find the first of two master bedrooms with queen bed, private bathroom with shower/garden tub and double sink, wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD, and private deck with views of the ocean and sound. There is a second bedroom with twin beds, wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD, and deck. There is a third bedroom with twin over full bunk (and a trundle bed), wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD, Xbox 360 and games (which can be connected to any TV you wish) and deck. A hall bathroom featuring a shower/tub, and a full size, high efficiency washer and dryer are also featured on this level.
As you go up to the second level, this is the main level of the home. The main level features a spacious great room with comfortable, well-appointed furnishings, a 60 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player, with ability to connect to your Netflix or other account through the home’s Wi-Fi, and a Bose wireless stereo system. One of the two couches is a queen sleeper. Off the dining area is a wonderfully cozy sitting area that is a great place to read a book, or catch up with friends and family. Off the great room there is a large deck with views of the ocean, the pier, the sound and the swing bridge. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun-rise or a nice beverage while watching the sun set. Also on this level is the dining/kitchen area. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked for cooking and serving up quick or elaborate meals, it’s up to you! The dining area comfortably seats 15. Off the kitchen is another deck with views of the ocean, pier, sound and swing bridge. This level also has a half bath.
Up one more level and you arrive at the true master suite, which includes elevator access. This level features a king size bed, wall-mounted, 40 inch flat screen TV/DVD, sunken corner tub, shower, and double sink. The master suite has a separate, private office/study, as well as two decks featuring even more amazing views of the ocean, pier, sound and swing bridge. These are some of the best views on the island.
The home is designed to be user and family friendly. The house has central air, Wi-Fi, cable and phone. There is keyless entry to avoid the hassle of “checking in” or getting “locked out”. The elevator, which goes to all four levels, can accommodate persons in a wheelchair or who simply have mobility issues. All six decks are built with Azek composite decking, which means no splinters! We offer a linen service, including sheets, towels and beach towels, for those who wish to travel a little lighter. The house is fully equipped with a pack-n-play, stroller, high chair/booster seat, baby monitor, two baby gates, children’s toys and books, a DVD library, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped to host large dinner parties with service up to 20, including everything needed to cook and serve your guests. The beach access is a stone’s throw from your doorstep. There is a large outside shower for yourself and little ones coming back from the beach. We also supply beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a wagon for getting it all the short distance to the beach. For outside fun, there is a large back and side yard featuring a grill, corn-hole, horseshoes, ring-toss, children’s swing and outside toys. There is plenty of parking to accommodate up to 5 full size vehicles. The home is professionally cleaned and managed. The owners and the local property manager are always available for any unexpected issues or questions that may arise.
