The kitchen is a cook’s masterpiece, equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full complement of herbs and spices. The ultimate in convenience and functionality, you’ll find just about every cooking/serving implement you could possibly need—from glassware of every size and shape, to a full service of china and flatware. The little dining nook comfortably seats four, but can expand nicely to accommodate six.
Sit back and relax in one of the two oversized, super comfy chairs, or the loveseat. For a small gathering, there is additional seating at the service bar, complete with padded stools and a bench. Even the most tech-savvy will be satisfied with a wall mounted flat screen TV, cable, and Wi-fi. Guest safety is always a concern, so there is a landline for 911 support.
When night falls, retreat to first floor queen. Enjoy the peace and quiet of your own private deck and en suite bath with shower. The upstairs loft, accessed by a spiral staircase, leads to a pair of twin beds and showered bath. The bedrooms have brand-new comforters and a fluffy stack of pillows, but tenants must provide their own linens and towels.
While this petit paradise of 950 square feet may be the perfect home-away-from-home, it’s the ocean outside that draws so many to our little island. Precisely 160 footsteps away is the seemingly endless, pristine beach you’ll have almost all to yourself. Respite has a private access staircase over the dune, allowing you to walk out to the beach whenever you please.
