This Affordable Ocean Side cottage is located in an ideal family friendly area. Laughing Gull 1 is part of an Ocean Front community with its own Private Beach Access.Â
There is a Life Guard at this location.
The rooftop Crow’s Nest offers panoramic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding areas.
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 11 people on two levels.
The entry level offers 2 bedrooms, bath, and a large laundry room.Â
The laundry room is located near the entrance so it is great for storing your extra items. It is equipped with a full-sized Washer & Dryer.
As you ascend to the top level, you will be pleased to find the living room clean and comfortable.  The Sleeper sofa can be pulled out for additional accommodations.
The kitchen and dining area are bright and cheery while offering plenty of seating for everyone.
Off of the living room is the Master bedroom which has a king sized bed and an adjoining full bathroom
Walk outside and enjoy the deck, the screened in porch, or go up top to the Crow’s Nest.
All of the bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs and the living room TV has a VCR/DVD player. Free Wi Fi access is also provided.
The front porch has 2 rocking chairs to relax in as you barbeque your favorite dinner on the charcoal grill.
We didn't forget your Furry family!  You will have peace of mind knowing that your pet is safe in the chained linked fenced area.
Where is the beach? Just a short walk down the driveway and your toes are in the sand!

$75 pr wk pr pet+Tax.Or $15 pr day pr pet+Tax
OPTIONAL FEES: 1. Amenity package Includes sheets, towel sets, toilet paper, soap, dish towels, 1 roll paper towels per kitchen, dish washer detergent & / or liquid.
2. Hurricane insurance (5% of your total).
3. Beach chairs (sitting) & umbrellas rentalÂ
4. Pet fee is $75 per pet per week + tax.
Or if less than a week, Pet fee is $15 per day per pet + tax.
