This home is light and airy, with lots of room for your family to spread out. Exquisitely decorated throughout with a community pool, private beach access and tennis courts!
Find abundant & Comfortable seating in the living room which includes 2 large sofas and 2 additional chairs, and a mounted large 55" flat screen TV. There is a gas fireplace (decorative in summer but very cozy during the fall and winter months). This home welcomes your furry family member. Just off the family room there is a large screened-in porch with a large table for dining or playing a game of cards, and 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool.
Also included on the 2nd(main floor), there is a Queen bedroom on the left with access to the main bath with walk-in shower & 32" TV. Head down the hall to the gourmet kitchen with a 5 burner gas stove, breakfast bar, pantry, island & double ovens, perfect for the elected chef to prepare meals for the day. Just behind the breakfast bar there is a huge Dining Table that seats 8 with 4 seats at the bar. There is also a spacious King Bedroom with access to the screened deck and en suite with double sinks & large walk-in shower with 48" TV.
On the ground floor, you will find the large Billiard Game Room with 55" TV, half bath and a large bedroom with a Queen & Full Bed and 40" TV. Although this floor only has a half bath there is an Enclosed Hot & Cold Outdoor Shower just outside the Billiard Room. Also, included in this room is a large mounted flat screen TV and seating area.
On the 3rd level you will discover 3 bedrooms, a kid's room with 2 twin beds with 32" TV, a Queen Bedroom with 40" TV, which share a bathroom with Tub/Shower combo, with access to a Sun Deck and beautiful spacious King Bedroom with 40" TV and En Suite with shower.
Sea Watch 289 is located 2/10th of a mile from the Sea Watch Community Private Beach access which includes a private walkway with oceanfront gazebo, Tiki Bar, bathrooms & a shower facility exclusively for Sea Watch guests.
