The Saltaire Estate in DUCK was built a few years ago to look and feel just like a true Carolina Classic and the largest home in Duck!  It's a beautiful Victorian Mansion Estate / Elevator, sleeps 14 to 16.  Outdoor Bar, Big Gas Grill, Private Pool, Hot Tub, Putting Green & Playground. 6 master suites, 7206 SF, English Style Bar Room, Extra Large Living Room, Dining Room, Gourmet Kitchen / 3 full size refrigerators & Commercial gas stove. Huge Game Room with big theater screen, 2 full size refrigerators, full size Pool table, Foosball, TX Hold’em Poker table, Bar, Shuffleboard, Air Hokey & Ping Pong Table.

Seasonal Cabana Services:  Service dates for the 2024 season are 5/17 to 9/20, weather permiting.
This house receives oceanfront cabana and beach chair set-up services during your stay.  Service includes one 10 x 10 cabana tent and 6 beach chairs.  Set-up hours are 10AM to 5 PM daily, (except check in/out day). Weather permitting.  This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. 
 
All 3 of our Outer Banks Vacation homes do a FRIDAY-to-FRIDAY change over day that will save you 5 hours in traffic both coming onto the island and leaving.  No matter who you book though stay away from weekend change overs.  For shorter stays we are flexible as if you arrive or leave on a Friday.  Off Season you can choose any dates you prefer.  Stay at one home and then switch over to another for a second week for the full OBX experience.

The incredible Saltaire Mansion sits on a beautifully landscaped large corner property in the heart of the quaint Duck Village where you can stroll to everything all week without getting into a car. 
 
A 4-person elevator can take you to all three floors.  This magnificent 7206 sq. foot home & estate provides you with the best location in all of Duck, OBX, NC strolling to everything this beautiful village has to offer.
 
The Ocean is at the end of our private street with no roads to cross, has parking & its own private beach access making it easy to take the provided coolers, surf & boogie boards, kayak, umbrellas & beach chairs to the beach.
 
The large trees and superb professional landscaping make you feel as if your destination a secluded country estate.  There is a Playground for the kids and Putting Green for the golfers.
 
Vacation rentals in Duck generally fill up fast, we let you make your reservation as far in advance as you would like to, so booking your vacation early is easy to do. Book early and be prepared to stay for at least a week to do and see everything.
