This home is beautiful, clean - a classic lake house that has all the latest updates. Plenty of room to spread out inside and fabulous outdoor spaces, including a fireplace! Well stocked kitchen and lovely artwork everywhere to discover and enjoy. And the view from the top deck - amazing, like being in your own private treehouse. Multiple deck spaces and the koi pond make this home a must!

Boating on sparkling clear Lake Glenville
My husband and I are water sports enthusiasts and picked this vacation home where we could enjoy the sunsets from the large porch. We brought our own kayak and paddle board with us and launched from neighborhood launch.The sandy beach and crystal clear water were an added plus! Next time we will bring our jet skis! The home was clean and well appointed and spacious! We will be back!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!
What a terrific vacation our family had at this precious Lake Glenville Cottage. It is beautiful inside and out with a gorgeous mountain and lake view! Amazing deck expanded our play place. Grandkids loved feeding the Koi in the pond, and the back yard was perfect for our Easter Egg Hunt. It was homey, so comfortable and very well taken care of! Newly renovated kitchen. Owner was friendly and very helpful in communications. Can't wait to return next year ---- highly recommend!

Lake Glenville Cottage
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this home. We enjoyed a lovely large deck facing the lake. The coy pond was very entertaining. Very quiet area. Medium walk to the lake. Easily parked 4 cars

Pet and family friendly home has plenty of space to spread out. Master suite has King bed, loft style sitting room/office, private bath. Lower level has 2 BR with two twins each, plus extra large bathroom and its own lower deck access. Home has both living room and large family room, laundry, a/c, decks galore. Outside fireplace room with seasonal roll up walls creates additional outdoor living space and is available to set up as artist studio if desired! Spring fed Private Koi pond and garden retreats will delight you. You will love our special western sunset views of Yellow mountain and Lake Glenville . 8 min to Cashiers. I hour, 20 min to Asheville. Yard is fenced for pets and parking has room for your boat . Lake access 2 min away. Marina nearby for boat and jet ski rental. Our area abounds in outdoor activities and Smoky Mountain views.
Overlooking the largest high mountain lake in the Eastern US, the summers are cool, the winters are mild and the spring and fall foliage are delightful. Near Cashiers, Highlands and Sapphire, this home has access to more entertainment and relaxing activities than you can do! Marina with boat and jet ski ski rental is nearby. Ample parking has room for your own boat with boat access available. Garden has Koi pond and trickling spring fed creek.
