Offering 5 True Master bedrooms. The additional 2 Bedrooms also have their own bathroom included that are shared to the hallways with the game room and bar area. This #OuterBanksPineIsland beach home has 4,475 Square feet so all of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are Four different gathering areas to make all your guests feel like they have their own section to relax in. The Game Room offers a Large Bar area, Pool Table & Ping Pong , Two TV's as well as direct access to the Large Pool and Hot Tub areas that has it's own Bluetooth speakers for ease of use. There is an outside half bathroom for added convenience by the pool areas and a full size Volleyball area beyond the pool. The plethora of large windows brings in an abundance of natural light throughout all areas of the home . This Floor Plan was craft-fully designed and it shows well.
