Another Great Year!!
We have stayed at one of the owners properties for the last 7 years and we have had nothing but great experiences. Owners Jamie, Brian have always been quick to respond to any issues (which have been very few and even put us in another property when our electric went out due to Hurricane issues with Duke electric). Top notch as always!!!! A+A+A+ Close to everything....beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Great stay as always! Thanks for everything! P.S. Pork Chops at the Deck House were awesome!

Perfect beach getaway
We vacation to Carolina beach every summer. This was by far the best place we have stayed. The house was so nice both inside and out. We loved that it was right in the middle of all the good stuff like the carnival and Boardwalk. The owners were so friendly and down to earth. We would definitely love to come back again next year.

Great Space
Awesome home and friendly owners who live nearby. The property is well maintained and looks exactly like the photos. Wonderful ambiance, close to the beach and main street with restaurants, piers etc. Large backyard and play area for kids. Owners did however, house personal boating equipment, cars etc on the property which limited the kids use of the yard, an important feature for us. The kitchen could use a few more essentials but otherwise the experience was amazing and I would definitely return. Be sure to adhere to occupancy requirements as owners are sticklers. Very, very nice property!

Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds, 1 full, 1 twin. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.
