Wonderful rental experience!
The house was very clean and well furnished. We could tell that the owner had put a lot of thought and effort into the house and making it a great place to stay. She was very thoughtful and helpful! - She even went above and beyond expectations to have a freshly cleaned bouncie seat there for our 6 month old! This was by far our best VRBO experience and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Loved it!
My husband and I stayed here with our three children. I was a beautiful cottage and a GREAT LOCATION. The cottage is newly remodeled, therefore it was very clean and updated. I would strongly recommend.

NO LONGER A RENTAL
Lee is not the owner of this property any more and it needs to be removed. It is no longer a vacation rental.

Built in 1945, this quaint little mountain cottage has just undergone total renovation.
It offers all the comfort and convenience of home, with the ambiance and charm of yesteryear. Central heat, ceiling fans, and original hardwood floors run throughout. Comfortably accommodates 4-6 people. The creek, running behind the house, can be heard in the bedrooms and encourages deep, relaxing sleep. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a full bed with a single pull out trundle. The chaise sofa in the den is equipped with a queen sized pull out bed and wall mounted 52 inch TV. The bathroom has a unique square shower head and porcelain tub with a washer and dryer. All towels and linens are supplied. With all new appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy cooking in; dishwasher, copper pots and pans, large chopping block, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils, dishes and silverware. There is an outdoor deck that makes grilling fun as well. Located just 2/10ths of a mile from the main stoplight in Boone and 1.3 miles to local grocery store. It is in walking distance of the university, stadiums and local restaurants. Public transportation (Appalcart [POP 105]) en route to King Street stops in front of the house in 30 minute increments. It is convenient to all of the areas' popular ski resorts, zip lines, rafting and tubing transports, and other places of interest. Whether you are an alumni here to catch a game, visiting an ASU student, or a small family on vacation, this clean, comfortable cottage will serve all your needs.
