With soaring rafters and vaulted ceilings, the frame is constructed from reclaimed timbers from the Toronto subway system.
The owner does not permit events of any type, or size, to be held at the home.
The front door opens in to a magnificent great room with stone fireplace, windows galore, and fully equipped chefs' grade kitchen. This is the focal point of the home, unless you are outside on the extended timber-frame covered deck off the kitchen, where you will find the gas grill and outdoor fireplace. What makes this home all the more special, is the waterfall feature that runs under the bridge connecting the master suite to the home. With a click of the remote, you bring the calming sound of rushing water in to the home, or enjoy it while relaxing on the deck. If you are in to the outdoors, Red Wolf Run is beautiful any time of year, and you have an entire mountain as your playground to explore…the views will amaze you! OR, just sit on the patio and observe the wildlife as it passes through the back yard, watch a hawk soar, or listen to the serenity. Gather around the fire pit for s’mores, and watch the night sky fill with stars.
You are still just minutes from biking, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, white water rafting, Segway tour, golf, winter sports…just about any outdoor activity!
