This large 3 bedroom condo sleeps 12 comfortably. It is one block from the Wildwood boardwalk and beach. Check out my other listing - Atlantic Dream/Hollybeach Firehouse.
Condo must be left the way it was found.
Photo ids must be provided to owner prior to receiving combination to lockbox. You must supply signatures and ids for everyone staying. Only those on the lease will be able to be in the condo.
There will be 2 assigned parking spots for your use
Make sure the air conditioner is turned off before you leave.
Please leave home in the same condition as found
There is a cleaning fee of 175.00
Absolutely no smoking. There is a 500.00 fine for smoking.
If the police are called to the house, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will forfeit all monies. No exceptions. If other owners or rentals call me regarding rowdy behavior, you will be asked to leave immediately, no exceptions.
This is not a “Rowdy House”. Wildwood has strict policies regarding rowdy groups. There are severe fines for this through the City of Wildwood.
Please do not change refrigerator settings.
Please have everyone staying at the house sign the lease. Photocopies of driver’s licenses are needed when returning paperwork.
The trash must be put in the cans outside and separated according to recycling rules. Trash is collected Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5 am. Recycles are collected on Friday morning at 5 am. Please put trash out on side of building in cans after 5 pm the evening before collection. If the trash is in excess of 3 cans on Tuesday or 3 ½ full cans on Saturday at checkout, you will be fined $500.00. If you have excess trash, you need to haul it away at your own expense. The city of Wildwood will fine me for excess trash and non-sorting of trash. Maintenance managers police this every day. If your trash is not sorted, there is an additional $500.00 fine. Do not litter on the grounds surrounding condo.
When you arrive, inspect the condo for the above items. Excess trash, misplacement of items or anything out of the ordinary needs to be reported to the owner immediately.
Do not use the furniture or other items belonging to any other unit in the complex. Do not congregate in any other unit in the building.
Please adhere to the following while staying at the condo.
No radios played outside on the deck (Same policy motels have)
Adhere to noise rules for the city of Wildwood – If neighbors call for loud noise violations, you may be evicted.
No ball playing on deck of condo.
Condo unit must meet occupancy guidelines. If you are over the occupancy, you are breaking the lease.
No underage drinking – If there are reports of underage drinking, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will forfeit all monies.
Only those on the lease are permitted to stay in the condo. If this rule is broken, you lose all monies.
You will be given a code prior to arriving.
