Looking for that Fantastic Beach Front Vacation within a reasonable price is the perfect location at the Monterey Condominiums. This one bedroom third floor condo will accommodate up to 6 persons (prefer 4), but more comfortable for families of 4 or less. Awesome heated pool, courtyard/patio area for eating, relaxing, playing cards, or reading a book, and also has a round pool table, ping-pong table, and shuffle board for great outdoor fun!!!! Just steps to the beach or relax at the pool while gazing at the blue ocean. Outside gas grilles (4), common area coin-op washer/dryer. Two double beds and double sleep sofa. Assigned/reserved parking for one.

So what are you waiting for, on this Ocean front property with ocean view and 1 bedroom condo for rent in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey which is located directly on the beach at Monterey Ave. (you don’t even have to cross a street to get to the beach). Step off our patio into the softest, whitest natural sand at the Jersey shore. This condo unit #311 is part of a 43 unit Condominium complex. For your security, On-site Management is available 24/7. For its location, a very affordable priced unit, which you would pay much more elsewhere.

Feel like hanging out by the heated pool? How about a barbecue? How about free wireless internet? The Condominium hosts a number of activities and conveniences to affordably entertain and serve you in our family-oriented courtyard. We have a Laundromat on the premises, and while you’re waiting out the rinse cycle, enjoy a free game of pool, ping-pong, or shuffleboard.

This 3rd floor unit has breathtaking unobstructed ocean/beach views from the living room/dining room balcony - amazing sunrises. The unit has central air-conditioning and heat. Sleeps up to six persons (prefer 4). Free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, blender, pots, dishes, glassware, etc. Full size range and refrigerator. 1 bathroom, 1 large bedroom (with 2 full sized beds, and flat screen TV). There is a sleeper sofa in living room, and flat screen TV with DVD player. Assigned/Reserved off street parking. Tenant needs to bring towels and linens. Pillows, mattress pads, blankets, and spreads are provided in the unit.

To offer such low weekly rates, daily maid service (linens, towels, etc.) will not be provided. The room rate is substantially lower than the standard posted hotel rate.

Extra persons charge per night $10.00.

Payments - We have scheduled the payments / deposits in (2) installments:

1. Security Deposit of $250 in advance (refunded after unit is inspected)

2. To make reservation, 1/2 of rental amount with signed lease agreement.

3. Balance is due (1/2 of rental amount plus $250 security deposit) in full 30 days prior to check-in (other arrangements made for short notice rentals). Payments shall be in cash, check, cashiers or travelers checks. We accept PayPal.

4. In the event of cancellation it is necessary to notify the Owner/Landlord as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded. Item #36 in the rental agreement describes the the re-rent policy for cancellations.

Perfect

It was very much what we had hoped it would be. Clean, updated, perfect location to the beach, pool on site, friendly "neighbors", budget friendly. The pictures online do not do it justice. Great communication with the owners whenever we had a question. We would definatly stay again in the future!

Awsome place!

We arrived to a VERY clean updated unit. Owners were extremely helpful with questions and recommendations on eating out and things to do. Beautiful views and fortunately good neighbors! Only draw back is third floor is a hike to bring belongings up but worth the view! Also wi-fi did not wk which not a big deal to me but if u need to do buisness could be an issue. The property is well maintained with care to every detail. Good affordabld restaurants- Fish Factory and Tony Luke's Philly steak. Also Bandanna's for Mexican. All within 5 min! Visit Cape May zoo its beautiful and donation only! Lazy days on the beach and eat out and boardwalk at nite! Also took boat from tip of Cape May seen dolphin's very interesting! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Ray and Barbara!
