Amazing 1st time Homeaway experience!!
I was very skeptical when I first contacted Mr. Vegesna regarding his rental. I had never booked with Homeaway and I had a ton of questions. Mr. Vegesna answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. Since Mr. Vegesna's condo is in a prime location & was available for our dates needed, I decided to book right away. I booked through Homeaway to ensure that I received their money back guarantee. Prior to our arrival, Mr. Vegesna gave me the exact address, instructions and codes for check in and gave me some last minute answers to even more questions of mine! When I arrived, everything was as stated. I got the keys and explored the condo. It was impeccably clean and exactly as pictured. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the open concept kitchen, dining and living room! The XL table sat 8 comfortably and there were still 4 barstools at the kitchen bar. Even with all of that seating, we could've added another table for 8! The balcony was nice and the fireplace was a nice touch. The large flat panel TV in the living room has cable TV and a PlayStation. We used the PS2 to play a DVD and also used the HDMI cable to connect our Mac to stream Netflix. The sofa is also a sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots/pans, blender, coffee maker, panini press and a toaster oven, in addition to the microwave, dishwasher, oven & ice making side by side refrigerator. The powder room was large and has a washer and dryer in the water closet. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with either a shower or shower & tub. There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 2 people in each room. 1 King bedroom. 1 (2) Twin bedroom. 2 Full bedrooms (located downstairs). There are 2 twin sized cots stored in closets for additional sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom had a large flat panel TV equipped with cable. There is parking in the shared garage for 2 average sized cars in front of each other plus one in the driveway. There is also a charcoal grill, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for your use. Overall, this condo has exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Vegesna and I will definitely be recommending his condo and Homeaway to all of my friends and family! I will happily rent this unit again! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Mr. Vegesna!

Good vacation apartment
It was really good apartment . Room was clean and near to beach board walk . Everything at walking distance . The owner (Suneetha and her husband ) is really cooperative . They are always help remotely . 4 bed room with descent size and each room having private bathroom . Kids enjoy very much at stair . Living room is big and very good for party . Good view from Balcony . I would recommended to everyone . owners is really good and flexible .

The condo fit all our needs
we had a wonderful vacation in Wildwood NJ and the condo played a big part of it! It was exceptionally clean and tended to our needs! I got to reunite my nieces from NJ as I am from Florida! Originally I am from Pa. and it was so exciting to return and reunite my nieces and daughters to the one place we love in NJ!!! I cant express how convenient this condo was for all of us! It was so close to the boardwalk and this condo had a feeling of being home! Everyone raved about this place and we shared a lot of memories and it was so relaxing! We all agreed that we would like to return again next year knowing we will have a wonderful vacation! Thank You !
