The second floor consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with seating for 6 and a second floor screened mahogany porch on the side of the house. The third floor consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 single beds, a half bath and a living area with a full size sofa bed. All rooms have flat screen TVs. There is also a front and rear yard and in the rear yard there is a BBQ grill, an outside shower, a clothes line and a bike garage which houses twelve bikes (9 adult & 3 children) and additional beach chairs for use in the yard or at the beach. You will find that this fantastic house is an easy walk to Broadway Beach, Grant Street Beach and The Cove. Public restrooms and a snack bar are located at Broadway Beach but Grant Street Beach and The Cove offer privacy and a magnificent view of the lighthouse. And, for your convenience, 6 beach chairs and 2 beach blankets are stored in a Beach Box at Broadway Beach and are available for your use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

In the event the Lessee wishes to cancel this lease, Lessee shall make a request in writing to the Lessor/Owner. The Lease shall be terminated only after another Lease is secured for the same rental dates and the same rental amount or permission from the Lessor is otherwise granted. A processing fee of 25% of the rental amount may be deducted from the Vacation Rental Payments before it is returned. In the event Lessee wishes to terminate this agreement, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. If any rent is unpaid or not paid on time, or in the event of default of the terms and conditions of this Lease, the Lease shall be terminated. If the premise is occupied at the time of default and termination, the premises must be vacated immediately with no refund. Lessee is encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance to avoid the possibility of loss of Vacation Rental Payments.
