Directly across the street are 12 public tennis courts and a very large park consisting of a soccer field football field basketball courts including a big kids playground and a nice path to jog or bicycle around please feel free to ask me for some tennis rackets and tennis balls !!!

Available and open 24 hours a day is the Coach House Diner located on eighth Street and Kennedy Boulevard just a few blocks away from the apartment
I also recommend a restaurant called Rumbas it's a Cuban style restaurant with extremely good meals and very inexpensive it beats McDonald's any day of the week !!! It is located near the south west corner of the park within 5 minutes walking distance.
