Approximately 16 years ago my father and I converted this warehouse to five amazing loft apartments.

This loft duplex apartment has ground floor entrance and an amazing deck with complete north to south New York Manhattan skyline view. Please feel free to BBQ and enjoy the site seeing. The apartment consists of the living room & kitchen as a flow thru living.

Up stairs is the master bedroom with a very cozy feel, in the font of the room you will enjoy the incredible sunrise over the skyline view, at the rear of the room is a full private bathroom.

Down stairs the other two rooms consist of built in closets including windows that also face the NYC view !!

Included in all the rooms are very comfortable guest air bed twin size mattresses.

The larger of the two rooms has a private entrance to the back garden that has the skyline view and plenty of area for the kids to play !!

All a building amenities including 24 seven laundry and a back the garden that overlooks Manhattan it's very unique.

There is an Olympic size swimming pool three doors over it's called Firemans Memorial Park there's a kids swimming area !!!'

The biggest attraction is so close to Manhattan with an amazing view from the 100' wide deck. The apartment building is only 15 minutes via New Jersey transit on bus number 123 with quiet residential neighborhood.

There is also and Olympic size swimming pool a couple of doors up it is open to the public you may need a union city ID or some paperwork please let me know if you are deciding to visit the swimming pool or the kids water play park area located at Fire Men's Memorial Park.

There is a 24 seven bakery one and a half blocks away, delicious pastries fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels and also some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs.

There's a 24 seven Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.

We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City is close to the 2nd St Washington Park. Authentic Cuban cuisine average meal $4 to $9 !!!! They also make fresh juice !!!

In Washington Park located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, Soccerfield, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free !!! to the public we can supply tennis rackets upon request.

The apartment is close to a public bus 1 block & a half way ( Route 123) it takes you to NYC Manhattan on 42nd St ( Port Authority) .
The bus fare is $3.25 exact for each person.
And leaves you in Port Authority is the center of the all subway trains.

Option 2 is requesting a Uber ( 5 minutes away) to the PATH Hoboken the train that heads to NY & it stops in 33rd St Manhattan NY.

Another fantastic 24/7 transport option is to use the private charter buses / mini buses available 24 hours a day they depart/ run anywhere on New York Ave and stop at the 30th St Post Office from there you can grab any bus saying New York City on it. This will bring you into the city without worrying about other bus schedules the busses run every few minutes!!!

Please excuse the front of the building right now as there is some construction going on with our neighbor and we are also re-doing the private parking lot and face of the building soon !!!

NOTE The exterior construction is being performed during normal working hours. The building is made from brick and concrete the noise from the exterior work during the day cannot be heard.
