Hello !!! This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms w/ common bathroom including the master bedroom with private bathroom. My father Ron and myself built and designed this building in 2006 is a solid brick and concrete 4 story structure with three apartments.

The apartments consists of three large bedrooms and a covered deck front and rear of the building.
The living room has Queen size pull out sofa bed.
Kitchen consists of double door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser,
Dishwasher, central air, humidifier, high-speed WiFi Business fiber optic's communication and HD TV available in every room !!!
First bedroom as a custom built in closet with draws built in and a double bed including an office desk and dresser.
Second bedroom consists of a built-in wall closet with double bed, computer desk, smart HDTV !!!
Third bedroom the master bedroom is beautifully decorated with its own private bathroom & exteror deck !!!
Upon request only.
Guess will have access to our private BBQ Back Garden Patio area with a Bar !!! Including exterior fireplace & large 8-10 set table !! Please enjoy and keep this area clean thanks.
We are available 24 hours a day seven days a week I own a 24/7 emergency restoration construction company please do not hesitate to call for any emergencies, immediate repairs or necessary replacements of anything you or your family may need. We always try to meet our guests or have Patricia meet out guess when they arrive to the building, if we are not available we will make sure you have access and the keys to the apartment upon arrival.
You can see New York City !!! from the front covered deck !!! We love this neighborhood I've been living here since 1997 !!! Directly across the street are 12 public tennis courts and a very large park consisting of a soccer field football field basketball courts including a big kids playground and a nice path to jog or bicycle around please feel free to ask me for some tennis rackets and tennis balls !!!
Transportation is extremely easy you simply download the app from New Jersey transit and get on the 123 boss which takes you into New York City time square and approximately 15 to 20 minutes !!
Other option is to take the light rail train from Hoboken into the path train station which will bring you to Canal St., Little Italy World Trade center or Greenwich Village.
The ferry boat is also a great option to view the city from the Hudson river you will be able to see the Statue of Liberty and travel onto a tour guide boat around Manhattan and visit all the popular tourist locations !!
For larger group transportation use Uber or UberX it's an ideal way to save time and money. Even when in Manhattan Uber is the perfect way to get around the city or traveling to the local New Jersey areas. The shopping malls are very close by and there are tons of restaurants and local bars and shops.
Please download the New Jersey transit app this gives you the time schedule for the buses and trains.
Available and open 24 hours a day is the Coach House Diner located on eighth Street and Kennedy Boulevard just a few blocks away from the apartment
I also recommend a restaurant called Rumbas it's a Cuban style restaurant with extremely good meals and very inexpensive it beats McDonald's any day of the week !!! It is located near the south west corner of the park within 5 minutes walking distance.
