    • If a rental is booked less than 2 weeks prior to the start date, the whole amount is due at time of booking.  Rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from June 28-September 14. Off season we do weekend rentals (3 night minimum). We also do a winter rental from mid September -mid May. 3 month minimum. Please call/email for info. 1/2 of the rental period rate is due with the lease to secure the week. The additional 1/2 of the rental rate, plus a $400 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee is due 1 week before you come in.  
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Refund minus $100 fee if the week is able to be rerented.  No refund if we are unable to regent.  
  • Booking Process
    • Email us with your requested dates and any questions.  If available, we will send/email you a lease to print, fill in any additional details (ie cell phone, address) and sign and send to us with the initial payment of 1/2 the rental period rent.  The remaining rent, $400 security deposit and $100 cleaning fee are due to us a week before you come in.   We don't take the house "off the market" until we receive the initial payment and lease.  We also accept credit cards, but there is a 3% additional fee that we are charged by the square (way we process the credit card).
