This cozy home was exactly as described
This cozy home was exactly as described, very clean and, to my surprise, fully equipped (coffee, dish soap, tooth paste etc. provided). John is an experienced landlord that covers all the bases, is willing to make reasonable accommodations, and communicates clearly and respectfully. I will stay in one of his properties during my next visit to Seaside Heights for sure.

It was clean, super close to the beach
The place was great. It was clean, super close to the beach, and John was a great host. My family and I will definitely stay here again next summer, but maybe longer!

Welcome to Seaside Heights with its whites sandy beaches, new boardwalk. Walk outside for about 2 minutes and cross the street and you will be either on the beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurants, or the water park. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it. We have a great location, and one of the nicest houses in Seaside. A brand new, excellent condition with top end appliance, waiting your arrival.
Chose the vacation time you like… We offer Full or Partial Weeks
The Space
We are located on beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distance memory. And should you need to return back to your beautiful vacation home (like forgotten suntan lotion or to use the bathrm) the process becomes easy and care free.
House Rules
Please keep your furry friends at home and enjoy your cigarettes outside.
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
