Three generations (ages 76 to 8) had a wonderful time at this house. We rented both units and had plenty of room for six adults and four young boys. It was never too crowded, and we never got in each other's way. The beach is so close we could go back and forth easily. The local supermarket is just minutes away and had everything we needed. The front porch and backyard were perfect for conversation, relaxing, eating or just enjoying the ocean breeze. We would definitely rent this house again.

Newly renovated fully furnished ocean-side vacation home. Less than one block, or a brief two-minute walk, from the ocean, bordering Lavalette, NJ. Perfect for the family wanting a serene, family-oriented getaway. One block from Music Man icecream parlor; one block from miniature golf. Gourmet kitchen with standard appliances, microwave, and dish washer on the first floor. Additional kitchenette with standard appliances on the second floor. Two master bedrooms with king-size beds with adjoining master baths. Three guest bedrooms with full-size beds and one bedroom with two twin/single beds. Five bathrooms in total. Spacious living room and dining room on the first floor. Additional living room on the second floor. Lots of windows for tons of sun. Cable television with HBO and Showtime. Wireless internet access. Central air-conditioning. Comfortable, open front-porch and second-floor back-porch with ample outdoor furniture to enjoy morning breakfasts and evening dinner cocktails. Spacious backyard patio with gas-grill, picnic table seating eight, and outdoor showers. Front-loading washer and dryer on the first floor and an additional washer and dryer on the second floor. Eight convenient off-street parking spaces on property assigned only to the house. Eight complimentary beach badges to be returned on check-out. Restaurants, Seaside boardwalk, and other attractions are close. The beach is only steps away from the house.
