Our family and our oldest daughters family stayed for 5 days. The apartment fit us with room to spare (4 adults and 3 kids). Rosalie answered quickly answered all of our questions prior to arrival. When we arrived we met with Sarah and she was very nice and helpful. Everything was explained well. The apartment is on the third level. Hope we didn't bother the tenants below with the kids. The 20 minute walk to the PATH was interesting, during the late nights we weren't comfortable. While we were in the apartment we had no concerns.

Made For A Great Family Vacation
I grew up in the neighborhood and brought my family of 10 from Oklahoma to visit my parents. We have stayed at the Ramada before but wanted a rental house so we could all be together.The house was perfect for this. It was clean and plenty of room for all. After the first night we requested for the AC temp to be lowered. They responded quickly and the next day it was adjusted and we stayed nice and cool. The wi-fi was somewhat sketchy but we were informed of that beforehand and knew what to expect. The cable could be upgraded to add a few more channels but this was only used late at night so was not a big issue. Its proximity to JSQ was important for us and a 15 minute walk away. I appreciated all the info packets and when we needed to schedule a car service to get to the airport it was all right there. It made for a great family vacation.

Clean, nice building.
No major complain. Would have been better if laundry was in building. A/C worked awesome but we could not control as it was locked. However, owner would come and adjust it if we let them know. Recommended.

Feel at home while on vacation!!! 3 bedroom and 2 full bath.
Fully stocked kitchen with dish washer, oven, microwave, oven toaster and complete kitchen wares. Fully furnished with beds, bed sheets, comforters, hair blower and towels will be provided. Spacious living room with big flat LED TV.
It's 12 mins walk to Path train and 30mins to New York City.
We are 25 mins away from Newark Liberty airport and can accommodate transportation services. Available for both short and long term stay with of 10 people maximum, with WiFi High speed internet connection.
Security cameras of outer premises including main corridor and hallway established for safety.
