Minimum StayAdorable vacation house - steps from the beach!
We rented both units of this house for a girls getaway weekend (14 of us in our late twenties) and it worked out perfectly! The house is just up the street from the beach (~5 min walk) and is also walking distance to downtown Cape May (restaurants, bars, etc.). We shared beds and all slept very comfortably! Sally was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our weekend. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for the large group - we will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Great vacation house!
Mother-daughter get away! We loved staying here and would do so again. Excellent location, away from the hub, but easy to walk to the shops. Landlord is friendly and price was right. Furnishings are in great shape and cute. Kitchen is great; had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have more TV channels, only had 3-4 options, but we were on vacation so didn't focus on that too much. No complaints; wonderful place to stay. And we could hear the ocean!! I suspect we'll be back.

Perfect shore getaway!!!
We had an excellent rental experience in every respect!!! The owner was exceptionally responsive, and she returned our security deposit promptly. The house was PERFECT! Great location, adorable, well-stocked, and clean. Would highly recommend!!!

Walk a block to the beach
My brother and I wanted a place from which we could walk to the beach, shopping and dining. This lovely unit worked perfectly for us! We enjoyed the ocean breezes from the deck - ate dinner on the deck in the evenings. The beds/baths are very comfortable and we would definitely rent again!

The Ashley II: 116 Reading Ave. Please note that this is a large house and the pictures are deceiving, we purchased the house spring of '05 and completed quite an overhaul in 2006-2015. We continue to renovate through 2016 in the off season for the improved comfort and enjoyment of our tenants. Many renovations including a new kitchen. This is the a great vacation beach house for those looking to be close to the water. This property is 1 block from the beach (there is only one house on the first block) see a peek of the ocean from the new second floor deck. There are some great options if you family is 6-8 people too (at reduced rates). Please send a quick email and we can provide a rate within 10 minutes. For extended families the house provides privacy for everyone. There is a 3 season sun porch that runs the width of the house. The porch is perfect for those who don't want to be on the beach a long time. Sit and listen to the ocean and enjoy the breeze.The house is very sunny with hardwood floors, there is a very expansive floor plan with 25' living room (2 sofas and entertainment center) and is open to dining room, The first floor has one bedroom w/queen, another a king (or 2 twins) and the last 2 twins and also 2 full baths (one new and one renovated); the second floor has a 2nd party kitchen (new in 2016), large open entertaining area, a king room (or 2 twins) and a queen room. There are also 2 new full baths upstairs. There is a nice level yard with off street parking for at least 3 cars, cac on the first floor, window units upstairs. We added in 2016: new furniture paint, flooring, furniture, porch furniture, windows, doors, upstairs kitchen and more. We added 2 air mattresses for your comfort. No one really likes the sleeper sofas in general. Our 2 sleep sofas are comfortable IKEA sleepers.
