The perfect location, 515 Franklin Street, walk to beach in about 5 minutes, walk to town in about 3 minutes. We are home to one of the oldest iron fences! Our green fence has white daisies. Walk up the walkway past the garden and enjoy the new mahogany porch. You can watch the world go by. The horse drawn buggies bring back the old days when the world was not in a hurry. The floor plan is open and spacious. There is a set of huge pocket doors between the living room and dining room. The doors can be closed for nighttime privacy. The separate dining room has 2 tables and can seat a crowd (one table is huge). The kitchen is open to the dining room or hallway and is upgraded and renovated with subzero, ge profile convection oven, kitchen aid and corian. There are three nice bedrooms with a king, queen and two twins. There are two baths, one with soaking tub. The second floor has a king room, den with queen sofa bed, party kitchen, laundry and 2 baths. The third floor has 2 more bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. There is ac, off street parking, gas grill, tv with cable and dvd, wireless internet and much more!
