Security deposit is 100% refundable as long as no damages are done to the property, and/or no noise or conduct disturbance issues.
We can not rent to anyone under the age of 21.
By making a reservation you are agreeing to the terms and condition of the posted Rental Agreement, including cancelation terms.
If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least forty-five days before check-in.
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
