Maybe you just like privacy and appreciate the comforts of a nice home, if so then we have the place for you. It's located in Whitefield NH, about 3 miles from the Mountain View Grand Resort. It is fairly new and has all new furnishings. Very clean and freshly updated. It's very private with a large yard, a nice deck and a fire pit. It even comes with an attached garage for your car or SUV. It is located on the back side of Mirror Lake away from noise, traffic and people. It also comes with access to a private park on the lake that's only for the 7 homes located in the association. The park is about a 1/10 mile walk or drive and from there you can canoe, kayak, fish or swim. The park has a dock, small beach for children, a gazebo, grill, and picnic table. Be sure to look for Loons and Beavers at sunset, you may even spot an Eagle or Osprey when the lake is quite.
This 1630 sq/ft single story home sits on 2.5 acres. It sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twins. The master bedroom has Sat TV and a private bath. Another separate bathroom accommodates all others. Carpet in all the bedrooms and hardwood floors throughout. There is a large stone gas fireplace in the living room with Sat TV, DVR and DVD. Fully furnished spacious kitchen with island and a dining table for 6. Laundry and mud room. Back deck has grill and outdoor furniture.
We rent by the week, by the month or for the Spring, Summer or Fall. Sorry, no weekends.

Mirror Lake is excellent for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The town of Whitefield offers free summer concerts on the town square. Less than 3 miles away, the Weathervane Theatre offers live entertainment and the Mountain View Grand Hotel has a golf course and fine dining options. Local Farmer’s Market, Santa's Village and Littleton NH's historic main street are also within a short drive.
