Such a wonderful stay. The home at 213 Bristol Street, Seabrook NH was just beautiful. It was clean and very accommodating for my family. It was spacious and had sufficient sleeping accommodations. The open concept of kitchen, dining area and living area was perfect. The central air conditioning kept us cool. By the way there is a back up window air conditioning system. Sufficient bathrooms and showers also. The hot outdoor shower was convenient when returning from the beach. The grandchildren took advantage of the outdoor shower thus avoiding bringing sand into the house. Great parking for six vehicles if needed. We used the outdoor gas grille several times. Washer/dryer off the kitchen was great for doing laundry. Because there is residence and permit parking only, the neighborhood is very safe and friendly. This is reflected on the beautiful clean beach which is uncrowded. Just a short walk to the beach from the house. We had a great two weeks at this beautiful home at this beautiful beach. Lastly the owners were always available either by email or in person for any problems or questions which we may have had.

Great Stay
My husband and I have travelled down to Seabrook several times and love the area. We went back this year with 3 other families. We rented both sides of this home and loved that it fit our 4 families comfortably. It had everything that we expected, Wifi, washer/dryers, dishwashers... The property was clean upon arrival. Our second day there, there was a problem with the AC (it had just been installed) We called Donna, and she was at the property within 1/2 an hour, by that evening she had sent the repair men who came, fixed it, and left. These things happen, but the response to the problem speaks volumes. We are looking forward to spending a week next summer, and would definately recommend this property (or any of Donna and Ravi's properties)

Great Space for a Family
Loved the layout of this duplex. A great open space to entertain downstairs and plenty of room for our family to sleep upstairs. My kids loved playing board games on the breakfast bar area! This house provided anything you would need for a great vacation!

Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath at Seabrook Beach!
4 Bedrooms, 2 baths, open concept living room/dining/kitchen, 55' flat screen cable TV, wifi. Air conditioning . Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Back patio with outdoor seating and gas grill. Lots of offstreet parking. Rent Unit #1 and if you're group is large, rent Unit #2 (HomeAway listing 352588) for extended family vacation! This unit is very spacious and perfect for entertaining as the living space area is open concept.
