Perfect for entertaining large groups! Gorgeous views of the lake, Red Hill and mountains. Lovely yard with small sand beach and outdoor fire pit. States Landing Beach is within walking distance and offers easy access to boat launching. Property has ample parking. Comfortable, recently renovated home boasts hardwoods, kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, working fireplace, water purification system, renovated upstairs bath, and new carpeting. Cozy loft with queen bed and two twins. Home offers WiFi and two televisions with streaming capability and some access to channels. Lower level has two additional sleeping areas and 1/2 bath, living room with desk and large round table, chairs and sleep sofa plus its own entrance. A new (2017) oversized and private outdoor shower. Washer and Dryer included. Great rental for all seasons! Enjoy winter sports right outside your door! Fantastic choice for 2 groups with separate entrances! For recreation enjoy 2 canoes and a kayak ( life jackets provided) and a corn hole game. There is also a swim platform. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Off season 3 night weekends (before June 9 and after Labor Day) are $1,100 plus tax and processing fee.
