This 3,000 + square foot "Post & Beam" home is gorgeous!! 6 bedrooms (room with 2 pyramid bunks is accessed through queen bedroom). Master bedroom with it's own screen porch and jacuzzi tub with window looking out to the water; a second screen porch off the main level; lots of decking; great lower level game room with pin-ball, foose-ball, air hockey and pool tables.
Gas fireplace in the family room; most bedrooms have flat-screen t.v. and family room has a big screen; granite coutertops; lovely gradual sand waterfront area for swimming; wonderful outdoor picnic/barbecue area; dock up to a 24' boat (owner uses one side of the dock for his boat but will only access the dock from the water - he will not cut across the yard); 1-car garage. Located on Long Island (a bridged island) next to the town boat launch and across from Long Island Beach. Max: 4 cars. $6,900/week June 13 - Labor Day. Prior to June 13 and after Labor Day: $5,000/week.
Property owner may possibly use the guest house on the property, which is located at the far end of the lot, away from the water and across the driveway from the main house, but will not use the waterfront and will only use one parking space. Owner may consider groups up to 16 with an additional $300 per person fee over 12 people. Tenant must get owners approval for extra people at the time of booking
