On the main floor there is one bedroom with a queen bed, one full bath, and an open concept living room with a large flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 8 and kitchen which opens up to a large deck. Upstairs there is another full bath and three bedrooms, each with two twin beds. On the lower level, there is a family room with a flat screen TV, a bumper pool table and walk out access directly to the private beach and the dock which accommodates up to a 25' boat. This homes comes with central air, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, wireless internet, cable TV, washer/dryer and a gas grill. PLEASE NO FIRES. Guests also have access to a community beach, boat launch, basketball court, tennis courts and playground. For golfers, there is an 18 hole golf course 2.5 miles from this home. This is a great area for walking or bicycle riding. No smoking & No pets.. Rate $3,490 wk.
