Also included is use of the sandy community beach which is private to residents of Wakondah pond, perfect for a dip to cool off and a one-minute walk from the cottage. Nice open concept living room, dining and kitchen. Enjoy your days fishing for bass and your evenings on the private screened in porch or large deck, both overlooking the water. Row around the pond with the row boat or 2 kayaks provided. listen to the calling of the loons and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Some of the nice amenitites are the cable tv, wifi, and gas grill. Pet friendly with owner approval & $100 pet fee per pet. No dock and no motor boats. Please do no use the fireplace or washer/dryer.
