Great House in Balmoral
We've been staying in Balmoral for about the last three/four years. This house was a gem. The two bedrooms are quite large (loved the king size bed in master)! Kitchen was fully equipped (could have used some larger bowls/plastic or Tupperwear for leftovers). The pullout in the LR was ok, but a little crowded, so we put a queen sized air mattress in the sunroom and it worked out perfectly for our guests - and gave them some privacy! The house is walking distance to the beach. The kids could also walk to basketball court & friends houses without worry, fish off the dock out back on the brook. The firepit was an added plus and great for evening gatherings. Some minor issues upon arrival were quickly resolved by the management company (water turned on, garbage removal, faulty TV stand). Could use another TV/DVD player/board games, etc. - for nights/rainy days. Hard to keep the kids entertained during those times we were at the house for extended periods of time. But, for everything we wanted and needed, the house was perfect and At the Lake Rentals was so great to work with! Will definitely be renting this one again!

Winnipesaukee Balmoral water access home. Sleeps 6. Enjoy this adorable 2 bedroom cottage with an open concept living space. Relax after having dinner on the deck or in the sunroom over looking the Shannon Brook which has direct access to Winnipesaukee. The dock is perfect for launching your kayak, canoe or jet ski. Take a stroll to the beautiful beach just a three minute walk. (A parking pass is not included) Balmoral Association has to offer a large beach, playground, and a basketball court. The family dog is a welcomed guest with prior approval by owner and additional $100 pet. Please about about bringing your pet at time of booking.
