This 5 bedroom home is located on Blackey's Cove (just North of Center Harbor Bay) and boasts a main level featuring a beautiful great room (living room, kitchen and dining area) with loads of glass to enjoy the lake view and a large deck for enjoying that morning coffee while watching the ducks swim by. Wooden cathedral ceilings and a fieldstone fireplace add to the charm. Also on this floor you will find a half bath and 2 bedrooms (queen and twins) with a Jack-&-Jill bath.
Upstairs there is an office and a bedroom (queen) with a full bath. Again, the lake views are absolutely beautiful from this floor. There are "split" A/C units in the great room and the master bedroom and window A/C units in the main floor bedrooms. Working down to the lower level you will be amazed!
This floor offers a family room with fieldstone fireplace and a pool table, a large shower room and a half bath. In addition there are 2 bedrooms (twin beds and two "trundle" beds) and another full bath plus a screen room leading out to the waterfront! Once outside, the sense of privacy is great! To one side is conservation land and a good tree buffer on the other side. There is a perched beach to one side of the property and a step-down from the natural shorefront into nice sand frontage on the other side.
A large u-shaped dock will accommodate 2 boats up to 25' in length! Just a 5 minute drive by car from the town of Center Harbor, with grocery shopping, restaurants and shops and a great central location for boating - this property will make for a vacation you will reminisce about for years to come! As if this wasn't enough - the owner will even allow you to bring your best friend with you (dog, that is) depending on the size and kind and with a $100 pet fee. Please ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking.
