The home boasts 4 bedrooms (there is a full air mattress available in addition to the beds listed) and 2 baths plus a unique laundry room with a shower stall and a door to the deck for coming right in from the beach to wash off that sunscreen. Spacious living room (the fireplace is off limits) and dining room (the table will seat up to 10) plus an eat-in kitchen. Cable t.v. and wireless internet. Newer appliances.
The 200 feet of frontage offers a sand beach; large dock that will accommodate your boat up to 25 feet in length; shaded deck built right on the water and a swim raft. You can take in the lake, island and mountain views while barbecuing dinner on the deck which has both covered and uncovered areas. Paddle the shoreline in the kayak or canoe. There is a window A/C unit in the master bedroom and fans for the other rooms.
There is an unfinished walk-out lower level and sliders from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom out to the deck. The minute you walk in to this wonderful home through the custom-carved mahogany door; you just know that many happy memories have been made here already and it's just waiting for you to make your own. Oh, and, don't leave your best friend at home (dog that is)...bring them with you (with owner's prior approval and a $100 pet fee)
