There is a large full bath on this floor with double sinks and a bedroom with a queen bed and a slider out to the deck which runs the whole length of the house. Once out on the deck, you will relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening conversation at the table or lounge chairs while taking in the nature around you. The second floor offers a nice loft area accessing the two bedrooms and full bath. Walk down to the waterfront and you will find a great sand beach and a dock for up to a 19 foot boat. This property has it all - beautiful waterfront with exquisite views, a sand beach, a dock - and it's all just a 5 minute drive from the Town of Center Harbor! Just when you think this couldn't get any better - it does! You can even bring your best friend with you (dog, that is), depending on the size and kind and with a $100 pet fee.
